Refund policy

·       Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

·       To request a return and refund, please email caeilafashionboutique@gmail.com with the subject RETURN/REFUND within 24–48 hours of delivery.

·       Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, any additional delivery charges, and any lost or damaged parcels.

·       Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached and the receipt included, within 5 days of delivery.

·       Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

·       A PHP150 processing fee applies to each return and will be deducted from the total refund.

·       Once your return is received and verified, a confirmation email will be sent and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

·       All orders are carefully inspected before shipping. If an item is damaged during delivery, please contact the carrier directly.

·       We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our return and refund policy.
